Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Any one travelling from Salzburg to Saalbach 28th February after 22:00?

Hi All, I am arriving in Salzburg on Friday 28th February, on my own. Going to meet Friends in Saalbach.

DO you think it would be possible to car pool with some taxi service. I would take the shuttle, but I arrive at 21:55 and the last shuttle is @ 22:30. Pretty tight. Any ideas?

Thanks

Mireille

Mireille, The only suitable company on Find Transfers is Taxi Rainer, who are based in Saalbach. They are also one of the companies that are part of the Holiday Shuttle operation, so they will probably just refer you to the Shuttle company. See my reply to you on the other thread - you should be OK to catch the 20.30 Shuttle if you supply them with your flight number and arrival time and a mobile phone number is also useful, so write all of these in the 'comments ' section of the booking form.

Mireille, Salzburg airport is really small. Plane landing to bags collected and outside is very quick. I would take a punt that if the last transfer is at 22.30 - its to allow for people on the 21.55 flight. Get in touch and ask. Ange.

You'll need to Register first of course.

The last train from Salzburg Hbf to Zell am see is 2321hrs and 20 euro, it's then a half hour taxi ride to Saalbach.
