Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Been searching the forum for ideas of where to go with my daughter, she is 16 and been once before, i have been three times so therefore we are still blue runs.
We are looking for a resort that has lots of blues, economical for hire lifts and a few beers. been to Bardonecchia, loved it but its very cut out for skiing, snowboarding has delined forty percent this season. maybe due to lots of snow then they compact it as flat as nursery slopes for the skiers, getting very icy quickly. Its a good resort imo plus turin transfer only an hour.
Also been to Arinsal Andora, loved it but told Andora has much better resorts.
Would like to book march 16 or 23 so would this reduce options for good conditions.

If you thinking about returning to Andorra, go for Grandvalira; it's ideal for the stage you're both at - and the Pyrenees is usually at its best in March. It has absolutely tons of beginner-level off-piste too. But hey, there are hundreds of other places out there!

I could recommend Belle Plagne: picturesque and huge open blue runs. Also plenty of scope just off-piste if the snow fall is fresh, and some more challenging stuff when you feel the need for speed.
Nice boozers in the village complex, very cosy.
We went as a family at Christmas, and I when visited with friends, staying in Les Arcs, they preferred to commute to Plagne for good days out.
