Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Which lift in 3V is this?

Downloaded the very nice les3vallees app. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work in France. In the background there is a picture of a beautiful situated lift. Does anybody know which lift this is? Ik asked the same question on a Dutch skiforum, but nobody seems to know. Could it be Courchevel?

App worked for me in France, are you talking about the image on the home screen with the chairlift going over the ridge of the mountain?

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Yes, that's the one. On a Dutch forum I was told that it didn't work there. Would be nice if it did Smile

Thanks very much. As Menuires addicts we usually spend only one day of our holliday in Courchevel. From the Saulire we mostly go straight down the Creux piste in the direction of the Signal/Chapelets for some tree-skiing. As this lift looks very nice we will keep to the right first and try the Roches Grises. Still one week to go Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Shame on you, although I can't disagree with a love for chapelets and signal, and I love that fast blast from the top of Roc Merlet down to the bottom of 1650. But what about Biollay, Suisses, M and Loze? And Bouc blanc and Folyers into Tania, and.....

Being in Menswear (always a favourite to stay - good value apartments) is no excuse, I was there for a week over christmas, and on the first morning we paid a quick visit to Courch 1650, it took 1hour 10 minutes to get there, I'm sure we can better that next time Skullie

Please accept our appoligy. We will try to improve this year and start with the Creux noir and your favorites. But we always spend a lot of time returning from 1650 to our homevalley also. Think we skip the 1650 area this time. With the help of the app it will go faster I hope.

You apology accepted, and please give my love to all the pistes as you pass! I have no further booking for 3V for the rest of the season ( yet) (PdS in March) but I'm not ruling out another last week of the season trip if the snow looks as good as last year snowHead

p.s. have a brilliant time - the snow looks awesome snowHead
