Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Whistler anyone (March 19th for 10 nights)?

Hi all,

I'm normally a bit of a lurker on here, but I thought I'd try this out..

I normally ski twice a season in Europe (only been skiing a few years, but I love it to bits), but due to starting a new job right at the beginning of the new year, I had to drop out of our groups first trip to St Anton. Anyway, it looks like I can only go the once this season, and I'd quite like to go a bit bigger, I thought maybe Canada or the US.

Unfortunately, this doesn't work out with the guys who I normally go with, so I'm left with trying to find a realistic solo deal to North America.. erm.. £2k upwards is the best it's got so far for anywhere decent Sad

I thought it might be worth seeing if anyone on here was in a similar position and fancied joining forces to bring the cost down a chunk?

I've found a trip to Whistler leaving on March 19th for 10 nights from Heathrow to a well located hotel close to the lifts, it's half board and £1066pp.. (based on 2 sharing), 8 days lift pass works out at about £348 which I don't think works out too bad?

I'm a regular 41 year old geezer who just wants to get out on the mountain and maybe a couple of beers after Smile

Drop me a line if this sounds up your street and maybe we can discuss it.

Cheers

Tom
