Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Vermont conditions are good!

I have been enjoying soft snow conditions at Killington in central Vermont. The snow started on Tuesday and will continue for the next 24 hours.

Killington will open an additional 20 trails on Friday, November 25th, bringing the total trail count to 50 trails and 19.83 miles of terrain, served by 14 lifts!

The first round of winter storms has left 13.5 inches of snow atop Killington Peak and 10.25 inches at the base in the past 48 hours. There is a chance of snow flurries Thursday night and Friday.

Lifts open at 8 a.m. Friday, November 25th, with top-to-bottom terrain on 50 trails and 19.83 miles of terrain, more than anywhere else in the East. Lodges open Friday include K-1, Snowshed and Ramshead. Additional lifts opening Friday include, Snowdon Triple, Ramshead Express Quad, and Superstar Express Quad.

It's soft snow skiing in Vermont!

Cheers

No doubt it will all be gone by December. A mass of warm air will move in at the beginning of this week. Let us know how crouded it was at K-mart.

Crowds were moderate. No waiting for lifts, but the usual clutter in the merge areas,

Cheers, Michael
