Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

BASS Ski Instructors in Morzine

 Poster: A snowHead

Hi All,

Just had my ski school schedule sent for my son (4.5 yrs) and my partners (much much older) ski school instructors. Tom Watts for my son and Lesley Page taking the adult class. Anyone been taught by either of these two?

Speaking professionally, (cant' speak for Tom) I did some of my L3 courses with Lesley and would recommend. Experienced instructor with a relaxed approach. I have no doubt it will be a success. BASS Morzine are a well established school with a good team of instructors. I've never worked for them or have any connection to them, just putting your mind at ease. I'm sure you will all enjoy the experience.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

My 8yr old daughter had Tom (pretty sure it was Tom Watts) in March of this yr. She had a great time and her skiing progressed a fair bit too. I would recommend!

After returning from Morzine I'm happy to report that BASS were excellent, particularly Tom Watts who has a real gift for teaching children. There were four in my sons class and seeing the groups of 20 plus kids trailing behind ESF instructors I'm glad I went with BASS. My partner was not so lucky as her group were unusually advanced so Lesley made the decision not to take her with the group as she would have held the group back. These things can happen but it initially left us in a difficult position. It was extremely busy over the Xmas period and full credit to Jo in the BASS office for pulling out the stops to arrange some one on one tuition despite obvious resource issues.
Highly Highly recommended and I'd book with BASS again in a shot
