There is obviously plenty of good skiing about, several 14 day forecasts predict snow. I get the worry but theres too much stress. Even in 2011 at Alpe D'Huez when the lower slopes were boilerplate, we had a great time. As my son says, Chill, it'll be good.

There's absolutlely no snow at all. It's going to be terrible. you'll all hate it, you should all cancel your holidays and not come, particularly anyone booked for les menuires from the 21st

red 27, No I'm not stressed, just seems lots of others are. I couldn't give a monkeys really, can't wait to get away, better than home. 200 yards on a busy slushy piste in flat light is still better than work.

Alastair Pink, My grandad used to say it. He meant it in the sense that you should stop carrying on like a little child. Not sure of it's origins, he may have made it up, but I always thought it sounded like it was meant.
