Hi everybody, I'm new but just introduced myself in "The Piste".
I'm looking partner/partners for a trip in the first week of January. Location isn't really important to me, as long as there's snow. I'm a reasonable intermediate level skiier, happy (delirious!  ) on red runs, could be tempted to try the odd easy black.

Hi,
I am interested in going skiing. I have no one to go with so this sounds like a good opportunity for me.
I have only been once before in Wengen and it was the best time. Obviously I am not a good skier but learn very quickly. I had just about mastered flying down the slopes by the end of the holiday !!

Back to my first question before I start a forum riot 
If anyone knows of any spare places on any trips or If anyone drops out of any and wouldn't mind a stranger ( I promise I am a nice guy really ) tagging along, I would wheely appreciate it.

When I booked, there were 3 more free rooms in the Chalet (and the owner told me one other single had booked). Don't know what the status is now. Jan 8th-15th (Sun-Sun) in Les Gets. Owners have minibus and take you down to lifts/lessons each morning (and/or to Flaine for the 1 free day you can have there, or to Montriond to do the PdS circuit). Catered every day (ie owners cook on the chalet staff's night out).

Just to keep you all up to date: we've now booked a trip to Pas de la Casa in Andorra. Trip price was a bargain £285 including all the surcharges and whatnot. Not to mention the scandalous 2% booking fee for using a credit card, which really gets my goat.
Staying at Hotel Cal Ruiz, which looks pretty nice from its website. It's also walking distance to the lifts, which is great.
Departing Jan 2nd returning Jan 8th.
Anyone else who fancies joining us, or who will be in the area at the same time, drop me a line! Still spaces available, I will be enquiring about some more tomorrow morning.
