 Poster: A snowHead

... Adam Zampa has just put up a photo on Instagram, of a competitor Snowploughing down a Europa Cup GS course in Norway this morning....calling it a circus...
How is this possible? Surely there must be some standards?... it makes a mockery of the sport.

 Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

Don't know the circumstances, if they had already missed a gate or otherwise knew they were not going to finish then a snowplough MIGHT have been sensible at the time, if not they really should not have been on the course, mind you the ladies course yesterday also in Norway got cancelled, they've got just 17cm of snow in Trysil where the race is being held and they've not had fresh snow for a month so I'm guessing not the best conditions with just 3 out off 66 slopes open

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

spud,
You don't get an entry into a EC race if you do not have the required points and can therefore ski a bit. The photo caption says 'DNF' is that referring to the racer snowploughing if so most racers would continue down the course 'sliding' for fellow racers.

That's probably Adam Zampa himself and I don't think he's snowploughing, that's just a very unclear picture of him fcking up something on the course (since according to results he did not finish).

Yeah that looks nothing like a snowplough.
It does look like its going to get a bit painful.

Doesn't look like a snowplough to me, front of skis appear to be splayed wide, looks more like he straddled a previous gate
