In this thread I reported on the app that ORF (Austrian Television) has made available this season (there's a link to the web version in my second post in the thread). It's still not clear to me whether this will always be available outside Austria; I wouldn't really have expected that, given how these things are usually licensed, but some  s seem to have managed to see the Sölden races. I guess we'll have to wait till next weekend to see whether Levi comes online.

Dishworld will work if you use Firefox or Chrome with the Media Hint plug in.
You can spoof a US credit card by using your own card and creating a zip code from your postcode. Just use the numbers from your postcode and add sufficient zeros at end to make it 5 digits. Check it in a zipcode checker, if it isn't valid change the last digit ot 1 (or 2,3 etc) until you have a valid zipcode. USe that (and the city it is for) along with your street address and Bob is your father's brother.
Works brilliantly for watching Hulu Plus in the UK. And for buying ebooks from amazon.com and from US iTunes.
