Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hello,

heading to les menuires on the 2nd of Feb (Sunday) for a week - can anyone recomend transfer companys, I see a couple of options via google but wondered if anyone knew of someone good (al a skiforfuntransfers who were execellent for getting us to the la plange area!!).

If any one has any info on les menuires feel free to post it - its a leads trip, but i have read it to be quite a quiet resort???

And finally - will be looking to do a guided off piste day, is our only option going to be ESF?

Cheers

James

Ski4fun is an excellent company, might be worth sending them a quick e-mail to see if they could help you or if they recommend someone?

Otherwise you can send a request through http://www.findtransfers.com/ - it gets sent to local taxi companies who email you with no obligation quotes, you can also see their profiles on the website.

I'm not sure about guiding, there are definitely other ski schools around as well. Hopefully someone will be able to recommend a certain instructor.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I was also happy with ski4fun last year, and I'd be surprised if they wouldn't take you to/from Les Menuires. I've also used the transfers provided by Ski Amis, which I think they will sell separately to the accommodation but you'd need to check with them

Where is the transfer from?

Les Menuires is pretty quiet.

Transfers from where? For me it is always from Moutier so there are local buses. I aasume this is DIY as a Tour Operator would include transfers.
