Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Anyone now of any semi decent accommodation for 1 Saturday night? End of March.

Doesn't seem to be anything from what I can find online but my googling is a little below par....

Any help much appreciated!

difficult to find this far in advance as everyone will be hoping to sell their beds for a full week. Nearer the time should be easier.

Worth trying the tourist office though.

Does it have to be in Val , if you have transport there are several Auberges around Ste Foy village and in between on the road to val who would do a one nighter .Its only a 15 min drive from Ste Foy village to Val .

Ask the Tourist office the day before or, better, when you arrive. There will always be something, but hotels are reluctant to let a room for only a day or two, this far ahead of time (or often even a week ahead), in case they might lose out on letting the room for the full week.

If you don't mind being just outside Val D then La Toviere hotel in La Daille is fine. 5 mins by free bus from Val centre. Immediately opposite and 5 mins walk from Funival. Well placed for access to Tignes & Val D. More agreeable home run at end of day than those into Val centre.

+1 for La Toviere. I've stayed there twice. It's not the Ritz but very good value for money IMHO and an excellent location. Comfy rooms and good food. Friendly staff
