Poster: A snowHead
|
Hi
Am looking at the possibility of joining a group going to Austria next April; I don't know if I will be able to make it but would like to purchase the flights now as they are not too badly priced. If it transpires I cant make it, is there any way of selling on, or obtaining a refund on the tickets?
Thanks
Mitch

Mitchell, odd question. Depends on the airline whether it is allowed, or whether the admin charge would make it worthwhile - they are all different. Why don't you just look on the airline T&Cs?

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

You can get back the taxes which make up most of some fares.

holidayloverxx,
I have trawled through a few T & C's & doesn't look promising; thought someone here may have found a clause or something allowing for some flexibility with one or more airlines ; hence the Q

You'll need to Register first of course.

most non-budget airlines allow you to buy fully flexible tickets but you pay handsomely for the privilege
