Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

A friend is planning a trip and has been talking to these people. Does anyone have any experience of them?

Be nice!

Nope, but they seem to have a very similar range to Iglu at exactly the same price - and as I've heard of Iglu and used them (albeit with slightly mixed experience of customer service they are a company that is ok to deal with) that is who I'd use.

They are all just travel agents, but not heard of these guys before - looks to be the same company as chaletworld.co.uk if anyone has heard of them either.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I know of them I think they are good, they have a trusted reputation. You do book through them rather than through the owners directly, which may be a good thing, or not. My friends have used chaletfinder.co.uk who have some seriously lovely chalets.

Yes, and I cannot fault their service.

During elongated office hours (until 8pm) you are likely to get a chat box from somebody (real person) who can answer questions/requirements directly.
Next day you will get a PM from them with a variety of options from them with a name & a direct contact number (& e-mail) so you can chat about various needs in order to refine your options.

I used and abused this direct contact bit last season to find decent deals for a solo skier with less then a week's notice once (usually she had around 2 weeks' warning).
I plan to book at least a couple of my ski holidays via them this season and recommend them to friends.

Great, thanks. I'll pass this on.
