We use these a lot.
Therm-Ic air blower ones work well...BUT...we have burnt our way through six of these, they just pack up after a while, we have had them replaced by Therm-Ic several times, but enough is enough.
The ones that look a bit like a sausauge and get get warm have lasted for years. No idea of the make though.

I use one of these Thermic warmer/dryers
They are really good. Just plug 'em in overnight and your boots are dry and warm when you put them on the next day.

You might want to check with colin as to what plug actually comes with it, as the pic and the txt and inconsistent.
IME most ski electrical items come with a euro-plug and an adaptor. |
none of that type left in stock but we do have plenty of the Conformable ones @£25 available all with UK plugs (as that is what we are required to sell in the UK)

So how do all the places which sell US 110v variants get round that?
And are they actually genuine UK plugs, or EU plugs with UK adaptors, which is what lots of retailers sell. TBH, for use in Europe, a European plug with a UK adaptor is a d*mn more usable that a UK plug with a EU adaptor...

Just get a UK 4-way extension lead then cut off the plug and fit a Schuko one. Job's a goodun.

I have boot warmers similar to those in the picture above. Mine have worked very well for several years. They can also be used in gloves.
The UK 4-way extension described by altis is very useful as you can also use it for phone chargers etc. Also, with a 1m to 2m lead, very handy when the only wall socket is hard to access behind a bed or cupboard etc.

RobW, I had a Thermic dryer (the air blow one) for several years, which had a European plug with a UK adaptor. However, I had to replace it a couple of years ago and the new one had a UK plug. When I queried this, the shop (EB or S&R, can't remember) said that they all came like that. It was the law now. Blooming pain in the neck having to take yet another adaptor on holiday .

RobW, adaptors aren't legal for UK. If you want to sell a product, it should (in theory) have a 3 pin plug. Of course, many retailers and manufacturers don't stick to this, because having someone wire up a 3 pin plug in the UK distribution centre invalidates their CE mark, which they need to have to sell in the EU. So they would technically need to have two products, one UK and one EU, and perhaps even one US too. Which most manufacturers in this kind of industry don't have the scale to be economical.

You know it makes sense.

However, screw on adapters like this are legal:

oleksii, I think they are only supplied with a Euro plug.
At home I use the shaver socket.

UK Ltd really does like to shoot itself in the foot. Yet another reason to buy from mainland Europe rather than from a UK retailer.

I was told not to use the big boot rack/dryers with custom insoles and liners as they will mess up the custom fitting. Is the same true with these ^

dangerMouse!, these are not heaters, they are warmers....no chance of anything happening to anything that is thermo mouldable.
These in boot things just warm them up a bit beyond bodyheat and the liners dry out overnight.
Those shop heaters really blast out the air/heat as the shop needs to get several pairs done per heater each night. Totally different thing.

Not sure about this plug thing....I bought 2 pairs of something very similar to Mosha Marc's from Glide & Slide in May and they came with Euro plugs (which was what I wanted).

Find and purchase a couple of euro plugs online. Buy a couple of 4 way extension cables, Ikea do one for a reasonable price with a reasonably short lead. The either yourself or the man in your life can cut off the UK plug on the end and replace with the Euro plug. Tuck extension lead into suitcase.
