Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I have been skiing with some buddies for the last 12 or so years. We started with about 8 and it's now about 25. If you are not in a group it would pay to advertise for buddies. We get group discounts from Crystal( about £35 less than the basic brochure ie without add ons), we get discounted ski/board hire through online enquiries (Skis 50euro/week-SauzeD'Oulx) and we can get a little off the Ski pass. All due to the numbers. We have looked at organising flights and accommodation but it's not worth the hassle. We don't need to worry about making it back to an airport through a snow storm. Booking is no problem either. Each individual has to make their payment so there is no-one depending on the others. After all deposits are in, there is nothing to worry about. We have been to Sauze D'Oulx, Selva, Salbaach, Soll, Mayrhofen. Some are more helpful with discounts than others.

Sounds like your group is only getting bigger, man! That's the way to roll. We've managed to get tons of discount on pretty much every aspect of our ski trips. Last time there were 30 of us when we went to Meribel and got huge discounts from http://skichaletsmeribel.co.uk/. Where you planning to go to next? Europe?
