When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

It is there that America’s marquee Olympic star has visited the clinic of the East German doping doctor who played an instrumental role in the German Democratic Republic’s notorious, state-sponsored program to dope unwitting young athletes with hardcore anabolic steroids. Thousands of young athletes were victimized, many suffering ghastly, permanent injuries in what have been described as crimes against humanity.
A Daily News investigation of Red Bull’s Thalgau operation has uncovered no evidence of doping by Vonn, who has never failed a drug test. But the mere fact of Vonn’s and Pansold’s mutual access shows how vulnerable today’s Olympic athletes are when the corporate sponsors supplying their income are accountable only to the bottom line.

Yes, also, I suppose it never occurred to them as to why she would reside in an opulent resort near Innsbruck whilst training and visiting the Doctor in Salzburg? Maybe she likes an un-necessary 4 hour commute every day?
Journalists, eh? They don't like the facts to get in the way of the story?
