Looks like a perfect day today, nice blanket of fresh snow in resort this morning from the overnight snowfall and lovely blue skies above. Hopefully be able to squeeze in an hour or so up the mountains around work.

does anyone know how the current snow depths correspond to the 10/11 season?
St Anton website says 55cm lower, 135cm, the SCGB says the 12/13 site had 265cm and 85cm this time last season....
and looking warm on the GFS runs...

stanton, timing is everything - just arrived in serfaus a couple of galleys across from you - hoping for snowy day tomorrow to make it a wonderful week here - regardless tis great to be in Tirol again (albeit away from rendl etc.)

Very nice conditions today (if you could follow the sun and evade the half term hordes).
Sunshine, 30cm fresh powder and no crowds at... Stuben.
Clouded over in afternoon (before a very sunny last hour), meaning no visibility, crowds, general carnage on... Happy Valley.
Bachseite was the best option.
Should be sunshine and clouds tomorrow, snow Wednesday, sunshine Thursday, snow Friday, sunshine Saturday.

Snow's been quite heavy at times on the mountain. Wetter in the valley; not raining, just fairly mild.
Visibility poor, but snow was soft. Plenty of hot chocolate stops at Heustadl.
Sun should come out tomorrow so should be good!

Stunning day today. Fresh snow (10-20cm), colder temperatures than recently and plenty of sunshine. Off piste wasn't deep, but there was plenty of fun to be found and snow on piste was in good condition most of the day.

Weather (and visibility) closed in quickly from about 1230. Started snowing on the mountain, by the end of the afternoon quite heavily. In town it remains a bit too moist and mild, so sleet rather than snow, but snowline dropping now.

And... breathe. Delightful absence of half term crowds today. 10cms fresh snow overnight. Colder (all the snow machines blasting away). Clouds against a blue sky. Nice.

Getting a little dusting at the moment here in resort (started just over an hour ago I think) so should be a little bit of fresh up the mountain. Snow cannons on the go still though and quite a few people in town a little worse for wear at the moment having been celebrating Mario Matt's win.
