I hear you, fella!! I've started to (briskly) walk back from the Tube in the evenings instead of the bus. Not much I know, but, as JT says, better than nothing. Working 11hr+ days means I've not much energy for anything else during the week

Eeyore, what you need to be doing is jumping and landing with your feet alternating each side of a line - like the live rail of the underground or similar (theres an incentive to jump).
You may need to keep a lookout for trains and boarders too.

Excercise is worth it though - I enjoy the skiing much more and it only took a brisk walk (about a mile) a few times a week.
