Kersh, congrats on baby number 2. Sure you can't squeeze a trip in early season, Nov? My plans are to enjoy the last day of lift served mtb downhill at Schladming on 16th Oct and hopefully by the following weekend the snow will arrive and the lifts will open for some skiing, there on in skiing most days until May. The October period may require either some uphill biking or uphill skiing to get the turns in, we'll see. I've also agreed to try some scree skiing some point quite soon.Why did I agree to this

I'm not as organised as usual, in the past everything has been sorted by now.
PSB in Tignes at the end of November is booked.
I'm expecting to go to the bash in the Dolomites in February.
No half term this year my daughter wants to concentrate on GCSE's.
Usual Easter holidays trip to L2A booked.
If things work out a further week in Hintertux in the summer for my daughter's BASI1

Spend most weekends at either Warth, Flumserberg, Toggenburg or a number of other local places, with a few longer weekend sorties down into the Wallis or a bit further into Austria... Also try to do a week in Austria with friends from the UK as we're giving Serre Che a break for our Jan outing..then fancy Dolomites again, and Japan and kamchatka have been on the horizon for a while, maybe time to get organized and go.. all depends on the snow.

Depending on work, snow and other maybe's:
Weekend St. Anton with brother early December;
Week somewhere in the Alps (Saalbach? Solden? Val Thorens?) with friends late January;
Week in (most likely) St. Anton with family during Christmas or March.
Needless to say: nothing booked yet.

I'll be in Chamonix from February 11th to March 3rd - Happy to ski with random strangers who want to ski easier off piste stuff and have (or are willing to learn) avalanche rescue skills.
Would like to get up to Scotland at some point over the winter, but that's not sorted yet.

Maybe a week in early Jan with the lads, usualy second or third week. Somewhere in Europe if we can see good snow and a good deal for a last minute booking.

Nov/Dec Snowheads Pre Season Bash
Jan/Feb Gressoney for 8 days skiing
Then
Early March La Grave, probably with Skier's Lodge, maybe 3 or 4 days
Late March Snowheads Scotland Trip
Then:-
Either ESOB, or Family Bash if it happens and I can persuade my daughter that she wants to ski again.

Les Arcs 2000 for Christmas and Lake Louise (getting married there!) in March. 15 weeks til the first one and can't wait!!! Just need this pesky summer to finally give up the ghost although to be fair, I think it pretty much did that in May

We are booked for Les Arcs 2000 feb 4th for our very first ski trip, looking forward to it already. loads of things to sort out in the mean time though, and i just found out that Chambery Airport dosnt let ski boots on has hand luggage! very annoying but at least i found out now.
