Spyderman, yes, buttock problem cured (although I did have a stiff neck in the morning - I seem to be chasing the pain around my body!). Anyway, many thanks for your help with the Central Theme stuff - I'll try to practice a bit when I'm in Tignes next week (it will make a pleasant change from skiing out of the slalom course on each run  ). Snow report from the Grand Motte would be appreciated from your forthcoming weekend.

No accident, just skiing way too stiffly because I was trying to demonstrate "textbook" snowploughs, plough-parallel turns and early parallel turns. It's very unusual for me to ski like that, so the level of concentration required leads to a tense stance and in the case of this week's session a bit of a stiff neck in the morning. But at least my buttocks don't ache...
