Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Superb around Saalbach today. V v cold tonight with odd flurries now and then. Very good first day and looking forward to the week.

Just back from a great week in Saalbach. Genuinely some of the best snow I've skied on (apart from Thursday when the temps were higher and legs weren't working due to too many flying hirsches at the Goasstal 😜). Anyone out there this week should have a great time as it looks like the sun will be out

Maybe even better today. Flat light but superb snow. Took a trip to Leogang and came home in quite heavy snow. Also -12 at the top so 2x gluwein required to thaw out. If the vis and light improve then the next few days will be epic.
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Just back from a fantastic week in Saalbach. Thanks Tatman for you help with Alex. Lovely lad and he guided us on our white out day. Great tips and helped us do a little off piste, Great confidence builder. Thank you again. Roll on next season
