@altis, Thanks for that - I suggest starting a new thread for the 2015-16 year which admin can sticky-fy.
Those cunning Germans seeming to spreading themselves over a wide area (the nature of the breed some might say  )
Looks like January and the 1st 2 weeks of March for me with a pre-crimbo trip if conditions are conducive.
The Scandies are quite a factor aren't they? My Arraba hotel last week was packed with Swedes and while they're a lovely lot in general, even their 15-yo boys aren't immune to skiing like they're young, dumb and full of ..er.. bravado.

The only Germans I've been aware of on the slopes round my neck of the French woods was a group of lads in Les Contamines, where their nationality was only obvious because they were being so loud-mouthed and objectionable in a minor sort of way in an otherwise well behaved lift queue - only a 5 - 10 minute queue but on group was in front of the other and they yelled back and forth and shoved a bit and were just a pain, really.
