Ignore what arv said, he is over-complicating it 
First, load your images to the snowMedia zone. You should know how to do this, because you already have some photos loaded.
But just in case, once you are logged in, click on the "Upload photos" link near the top right. Then click on the "Select Files for Upload" button, and follow the instructions.
Once the photos are loaded, they will show up under "My photos". When you display each one, there is a field underneath called "Linked thumbnail". Just cut and paste the whole of that link into the post you are making, and hey presto!

Right, this is really getting on my tits. I have loaded two pictures into the snowMedia zone. But the one that is closer up needs to be rotated but when I go to it in my pictures it is the right way up. Can anyone sort this for me as my head hurts.

oh, and if someone posts them here while I'm not looking...the snow on my head is from having aroll in the snow with ph, I DID NOT FALL OVER IN THE POWDER, I DID NOT FALL OVER IN THE POWDER!

Alas I have no such power. Rather than spinning the photo I'll rotate my head 90 degrees to the left.
Please tell us more about rolling in the snow with ph. There aren't enough stories on snowHeads about that kind of stuff.

Show the "rotated photo" in snowMedia zone.
If it is one of your own, there is a link underneath (between the little icons and the "linked thumbnail" box) to "Edit Photo".
Click on that, and it brings up a page showing the thumbnail. Under the thumbnail are links for rotate CCW, Rotate CW (counter-clockwise and clockwise), flip Vertical, Flip horizontal, and rebuild thumbnail. You want the Rotate CW choice for that photo.

Well it looks black (not a bad thing), but if I'm being honest the photos don't do it much justice. At least it shows that not all Spyder gear is full of patchwork colours. I like the look of the current women's Spyder jackets as it happens. I'm not so sold on the men's stuff though.
