An interesting turn of phrase - I've not heard it before and Google can find only one instance of it - yours! Did you mean 'hoopoe' or something else - like 'hoolie', perhaps?

stewart woodward, you've made me much happier. I'm having the mick ripped out of me everyday at work with people saying I;m daft to be going skiing at this time of the year etc, it would have been terrible for them to be right and have all the gloating!
Hope the good conditions hold out for us all others to follow.

About 5.30 I think. There's a nice little terrace bar on the upper level that can while away a few hours - or see you in the Hub bar at around 7.30.

AlanB1976, I'm sure you'll have a great time. It's been a while since I went with Mountain Sun and I think they've had a change of management onsite since then, but by all accounts a very friendly bunch. Even though it's only 3 days away - I'm starting to struggle concentrating at work, don't think they'll be getting much out of me tomorrow.

I haven't even got my gear out of the loft yet, and the last time I wore my ski jacket I bleeded profusely inside on of the arms........ long story!
