mishmash, well............ I had packed it up, but I thought seeing the user of the link now benefits as well (ie they get a £10 credit) then it was worth a mention.
I'm presuming that if you just join without a referral link then you don't get the £10 credit, though I could be mistaken.

kitenski, Ha, it's a site used by companies to dispose of there overproduced product (in the main, though some of the stuff is samples never actually produced or later revised), at Whitedot our problem tends to be the opposite, we can never seem to get enough through production to satisfy the demand.

Sweet Protection gear up again... how do their jacket sizes compare to the likes of Arc'Teryx and Narrona?

SportPursuit obviously gives some great offers to consumers but it'll be interesting to see how long they are able to source 'decent' products as retailers are starting to refuse to purchase from manufacturers whom then also subsequently supply SportPursuit. This was a hot topic at the trade show in Feb & a number of manufacturers were including in their 'pitches' the fact they do not/will not sell to SportPursuit.

spyderjon, Interesting. Surely it's all about brand protection, and it could be argued that a specialist sports retailer like SP is a better place to be seen than the floor of your local TK Maxx? Also, when I've price checked items I'm interested in on there, they aren't always cheaper than other online retailers, especially with seasonal discounts. Does that mean that manufacturers would also limit sales to other online stores?

I agree with Scarlet, retailers and manufacturers directly are also discounting very heavily these days. It's a seasonal sport, so there will always be end of season stock sales regardless of the retail model used. I really like SP's concept, as it's much more focused than the random TK Maxx approach.
