Silver wasn't bad at weekend. Soft on Saturday, firmer Sunday morning but constant snow had it improving rapidly by lunch time.
Forecast still kinda weird, but hopefully some substantial storms will brew before weekend

It's Silver so not as bad as Scweitzer, but still busy last busy weekend of the season. Very firm groomers Monday but snowing.
Lookout opening with 3" Wed.
Silver opens tomorrow 2" presently, snow expected Thursday.
Red reporting a trace.
No other snow reported.
Winter storm watch Sat. 6-8" predicted.

Cold front rolls in Friday all should be ok Sat and amazing fun by Sunday. Just depends on if you want the ski area or resort experience. You've skied them all.

Schweitzer was truly amazing, 9 inches + overnight and another 9 during day. Still picking up fresh lines and face shots at 4pm. And still snowing. Tomorrow - bring it on

Sunday was even better. 12-18 inches of incredibly light pow. Wasn't even crowded. Best ski day for a couple of years. Schweitzer can be a wonderful place sometimes

been at Mission Ridge last two weekends. Powder last weekend and cold, soft packed pow this weekend. It stayed cold and skiing was fantastic. It's looking like a great spring ahead.

Massive storms rolling into the Cascades this weekend. Temps maybe marginal at the base but 1-2m could come down by Sunday. We're heading to Mt Hood meadows and risking it!

Heading to Schweitzer for closing weekend this weekend. They'll close on Sunday with over a 200 inch base!!! Crazy.

Made it to the 14th skiing Silver Sat, now in warm and sunny Belize.
I'll be hiking Schweitzer during the week once were back and the passes as they are plowed open, currently I'm not missing the rain and floods.

superb weekend at Mt Bachelor. Warm and sunny but didn't get seriously slow/sticky. We were hiking Cinder Cone on last run each day and getting perfect corn turns.

Silver was really nice on Mothers Day, skied till noon chasing the best conditions. It's time to start hiking the passes now, so much snow.
