I think I would have been at least smart enough to try and pull it back on thread.
Honestly, Im astounded about how much controversy this has created.
After all an offer for free season in the Swiss Alps, in return for some household chores, would welcomed in a forum like this.
Luckily, most applicants have seen through the nonsense.

I've just read this thread from start to finish and I have two postulations:
1: nixmap is a naive and altruistic friend to snowHeads
2: nixmap, is a clever and venal predator on snowHeads.
Somehow. the concept that anyone with the wherewithal to buy a chalet in the Alps but doesn't have or want to spends the means to maintain it throughout the Winter season and then abuses the innate greed and desire of the skiing community to leverage a cheap caretaker+ arrangement . . . strikes me as very clever and VERY NASTY. This is devious 'snake-oil' and any snowHead entering into this type of contract should have someone better qualified than themselves read it 
Kudos nixmap, are you PR, marketing or legal?
Or could I be just a cynical old Hector?
