Certainly shocking news today from the Norwegian and extremely high stakes brinksmanship on the face of it ahead of the start of the new season.
A bit like Ronaldo vs Man United in some respects and no one individual is ever going to be bigger than the Norwegian Ski Federation, so this apparent stand-off is definitely one to watch.
