I used my APRR Doofer the week leading up to Christmas. Just got the CC bill and they have refunded my registration fee (joining deal) as they said but no tolls shown yet. Be using it again Friday...woohoo.

How long does it usually take to hit your credit card account? We went out on 8th Jan and still not had the charges.

Jerby, have you had a bill yet? It may be online depending on what package you signed up for. I've paid some of the tolls for our trip but not all of them. We went out on 7th Jan.

My credit card statements are on-line. I have had no bill from APPR. They did deduct the 10 euro start up fee.

Jerby, In my experience it takes a long time to come through, and you can the return on a different CC bill from the outward trip. You can log onto APRR and it will show you the charges that you will get.

I've had charges from APRR up to 3 months after the journey!

Jerby, You can view your APPR account online at https://abonne.parisrhinrhone.com/asp/offres/index.asp
You have to enter your account number without the space. I can't remember how I set up the account and passwords etc.
I think the "Vos Trajets" list of journeys appears fairly promptly. The monthly facture is dated on the last day of each month. The journeys I made in November were all included in the November facture. But the charge did not hit my credit card account until three weeks later on 22 Dec. Nationwide billed me in January with a payment date in February. So it can be three months after the travel that you have to pay. My December bill is visible online at APPR, and reached my credit card account on 19 Jan.
