Similar here with the road problems. Only it was cars!! The roundabout between 1800, Centre and Bellecote seemed to be the focal point of the chaos. Why oh why do people not think to put chains on in a safe stopping area BEFORE they have an issue, instead of ON the roundabout, in and around the bus stop and just generally IN the road!!!

can anyone report on road conditions? driving up to bellecote from Lyon airport tomorrow night in a rental. hoping we wont need chains!
havent been to la plagne in a few years, is there still a free open air car park where i vaguely remember you take a lift (not ski lift) to get up to the resort buildings?

Looks like you got the best week! I went last week and we had 3 days of good weather and 1 day we had really really thick fog, couldn't see no more than 2ft in front of us!

FAQ
Did a few runs then bailed whilst my knee is still working and not screaming too loudly at me. Home for a short nap (catch up on last nights lateish one!) then off to go to the dark side this afternoon!
