Hi Snowhead techies
Id like to buy a helmet camera for my husband for Xmas to take on ski holidays. I know absolutely nothing about them
Can anyone recommend anything particular - Id like to keep it under £150 if possible.

Lots of info in various topics on here, do a search (with google, not the sh*tty SH search function). GoPro and contour have pretty much set a benchmark but other cams are starting to come out that also seem pretty good.

Hi I have just bought one from http://www.dogcamsport.co.uk there service is excellent and I got a good deal on the Mini DVR 3 with bullet camera. You can also chat on line to them and see if you can get a better deal than what is advertised on their web site. By the way I don't work for them. Good luck

Sorry admin. Maybe I'm doing it wrong but snowheads search for "helmet cam" out of 40 results on the first page 7 of them were actually to do with helmet cams. Most of the results came up were just helmet threads with a few webcam posts dotted about for good measure.
Google search for the same "helmet cam" 19 out of 20 were actually to do with helmet cams. My problem is either your search function isn't very good or your search function is not very user friendly.
