Had a look at their site today to check on bookings and although it is pretty good i was frustrated by quite a few things.
Perhaps we could have some constructive criticism on this thread that i am sure would get to the powers that be at Hemel
Edit : I deleted comments that relatd to the original site, a new Mark 2 version has gone live early May

It wasn't that easy to find the "how to find us" info. First you have to go to Contact Us. Think it should be visible from the home page.

skimottaret, I raised the point about the shortfalls in the website at the induction evening. I was told that the present website is only the temporary development one. They are fully aware of the problems. A new fully functional new one will go live imminently.

David Goldsmith, it's not hard to find good CRM/CMS software. Good design and presentation, ensuring all information is clearly presented however... and yes, I am involved in this kind of thing
