Poster: A snowHead

I hope nobody's going there anytime soon. Report in today's "le dauphiné" has some horror stories of its being unfinished, no running water, no lifts, rubbish and builders' stuff everywhere, etc. There are a whole lot of apartments rented this week - no mention of any Brits though.

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

I skied past it today. Still very much a work in progress. Upper floors are still being constructed, lower floors look like they are being furnished as they have curtains at the windows. Didn't go close so no idea what it' like inside, but it does look like a construction site from a distance.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

According to the article in the paper they have let 75 flats for this week, at prices up to 3000 euros, and the clients are not too happy..... one woman was quoted as saying they had originally booked for Christmas and New Year, been told a few weeks ago that it wouldn't be available till this week, then told last week that the sauna and hammam would not be available. "But they didn't tell us there wouldn't be any water"!
As there are no lifts either people are climbing loads of stairs with bottled water for everything, including flushing toilets.
I expect the journalists found the worst affected people, as always, but it sounds a mess. The Company said the complex would be closing again to finish things off in time for the February holidays.
