Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Newspaper Article -Avoid the hidden costs of ski flights - EJ Hand baggage question

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi all,

Have just read an article on hidden costs of ski flights - www.telegraph.co.uk/nicktrend where he compares overall costs of ski flights when taking into account charging for 'extras'. He rates them 1) B.A. 2) Swiss 3) EasyJet 4) Bmibaby 5) Flybe 6) Ryanair

I was interested to note that Easy Jet have 'no formal limit on their hand baggage as long as you can lift it into the lockers unaided'. I am probably out of date with this but i thought last time i flew with EJ their hand baggage was restricted to a certain size - has anyone travelled EJ with a suitcase/holdall as hand baggage without problems?

Thanks, Loatie

It's true with easyjet there's no size or weight limit to hand baggage...BUT you've got to be able to lift it above your head and comply to all the liquid restrictions

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

You also have to get your hand baggage to meet the size restrictions currently imposed by airport security, regardless of carrier.

no weight limit is correct, but there are size restrictions, "one standard piece of hand baggage to maximum dimensions of 55x40x20cm" ... don't try to take your skis on as hand luggage, it won't work.
