Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I am still looking for a gold or near gold standard skier for 8 days skiing off piste based in Bourg St Maurice, going out by train on Friday 22 Feb (couchettes) and returning on the Saturday night train,
6 of us: one day with Chris Spice, one on our own and 6 days with guide.
I already have a person from months ago (and have bought his train tickets) but he is now getting married and wants to save the money if I can find a replacement.
SCGB Gold standard (or near gold) skiers only. This means you must be able to ski a 45º slope with confidence and any snow, including breakable crust fairly fast and fluently.

So far everyone has payed me £350
Still to pay in resort (and Paris Dinner and taxi) - about 800 Euros
This covers transport (Eurostar and train with couchettes), guide (with minibus) (€375), hotel HB, and lift pass (about €330 for that one) - lunches and drinks on top.
Unfortunately travel cost was £100 more than expected because tickets were issued 2 weeks earlier than they had told me (french holidays) so the cheap ones were gone.

Thanks. I'd heard he was good - it will be the first day of the holiday (Saturday) direct off the train. It was nice of him to offer on his day off.
