Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

ESF St Jean D'Aulps (nr Morzine)

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
We are going to above in March. Bit of a long shot as it's a small resort but does anyone have experience of ESF children's lessons on St Jean please? We have chosen a small resort with it's own ski area, but close to a larger area (Portes du Soleil!) if we need a change, as we were in Ben Wright's chalet in Le Seignus in 2006 and found it worked very well when skiing with kids (tied to lesson times, not able to make full use of big lift pass).

The children are 7,9,11,12 and the youngest and oldest two are 2nd year, the other two beginners. ESF is the only choice by the way, but any feedback welcome snowHead

The English spoken by the instructors is not as good as in Morzine, they do however make up for it with enthusiasm as they tend to be less busy. This is a great little area been to it a couple of times only downside is you can do every run in a day! There's some fantastic off piste to be had and even on busy days its quiet.
Google La Grande Terche ESF have a website for this area also.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

SammyQ, Great thanks! The grownups will take it in turns to have a day out in Morzine/Les Gets. Good to know the instruction is OK - they are very excited!
