I have used ski-insurance.co.uk before and have been very pleased with their service. I made a claim for a new lift pass and it went through very quickly, though It was for a trip to Europe as opposed to the US/Canada.

riverwhy, I'm with Insure&Go. They handled Deb's 'unable to travel claim' very well. Don't think they will cover a 6 week trip(?).
