Ski museum in St Anton used to have nice Hannes Schneider poster.
You could get nice modern ski posters by removing them from Austrian trains. Screwdriver and appropriate tools may be required.

LIAMJ, Art.com has some very good ones. Plus do a search on snowHeads there was a couple of threads on this very subject a couple of months ago.
Also if you are in or near Bourg St Maurice the Weldom store (near Super U) has a good stock of posters and ski related decor.

Not posters as such but the Art of Skiing by Jenny de Gex is a great chalet coffee table book. Lots of evocative posters and some short histories.
