Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

In these times of moans and groans, may i say a big well done and thanks to Trespass and in particular Roslyn on their web support team.

I had been looking for a particular style and colour of salopettes and was struggling to get them in my size ( mens medium, lost 4 stone this last year ).

Couldn't even see them on the Trespass web site, even fleabay did not have my size!!!!!!!!!!

Phoned Trespass and spoke with Roslyn, not only did she locate them, but put them on the website as a special so i could order them, there and then.

AND, i ordered on Tuesday night, and Salopettes arrived Thursday morning.

So well done and thanks to Trespass and Roslyn. Very Happy Very Happy

Just to add to this thread. On returning from my February 2013 ski trip, i noticed the seam on the crutch of my salopettes was starting to come undone. Worn for three weeks but two years old.

I sent them back to Trespass last week and within the week they have sent me a BRAND NEW pair back, a very nice letter and also refunded my postage costs.

You cannot fault that.

Timbobaggins, that really is excellent service. I was wondering just how they have appeared to be so successfulin quite a short time and if they treat everyone in their supply and sales channels like that, it is possibly no longer a surprise.
