Could somebody please explain the flex ratings on boots
I am a reasonable intermediate skier I'm 6ft tall and weigh around 12 and a half stone what flex boot should I be looking for?

Except that 100 on one manufacturer may not be the same as 100 with another. Use it as a guide, but don't stick rigidly to it
