Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Stoked! - Got a DEAL on a Burton Custom

Ok, so went to the ski dome in Dubai the other day to get the legs ready for Morzine next week. Sale time here and some pretty good offers on boards (50% off, although our prices are about 35% higher than europe).

Hiding in the midst of some other boards was a Burton Custom ICS Wide in my size...what is even better is that it was 65% off!!! Got it for GBP175 brand new which I thought was pretty amazing as here its normally GBP500!! Its a couple of seasons old, but I dont care!

Will be using the old bindings from my UnInc board until I can find a good deal on some new ones. My Inc is a 156 and the Custom is a 162W, so should be good for progression into off piste, as Im 6ft and 95kgs Shocked so my Inc was a little small.

Not thinking any of you will care, but chuffed at my find so Razz

Anyone riding this? Its the one with the light show graphic on top (sorry, thats the best descritpion I can think of).

My mate rides that exact board but with the screw binding mounts not the ICS. I've ridden it and its a good all-rounder. Nice and stable at speed and the width gives really nice float in powder, particularly if you set your stance back a wee bit, which is easy done with the channel. Its a popular board so you see plenty out in the wild, you won't be sorry with your bargain.

Now I remember. My son hired one a couple of years ago. A very nice board and I liked the ICS system.

Fogliettaz, Flying V is a bit different to the Custom dennisp has just landed himself. IIRC Flying V is rockered not cambered and not as stiff as the older Custom. Nice board though, gets good reviews. £300 may be a wee bit optimistic though, you can pickup a brand new one in the wrapper for that...

Funny, I've done the Fogliette on a Flying V custom, as I suspect you have Smile St Foy rules!
