Well if you're staying in Brides then you'll be arriving in Meribel from where it's only 2 lifts into either the St. Martin or Courchevel valleys - if your more than just a nervous bluer, then I think you'd be very limited with just the single valley pass - you do also sometimes get different weather the 'other side of the ridge' so that's another benefit of the larger pass.

Sorry, should have worded that better. Was wondering what everyone else was doing. We're definitely getting the full pass. Would be big trouble if I didn't as daughter is working season in VT.

Slack time of year. I'd be tempted to wait till Thurs or even Fri. Obviously check Igluski and Teletextholidays.
Last Fri, five star chalet in Val D'Isere fully catered, flights etc £320! That was Igluski. Crazy reduction.

Tignes Les Brevieres on 19th.
Gear is down from the loft so I'll do some packing and what-not this tonight.... gotta fix one of my bindings, found there's a screw missing, and gotta buy a few bits this week (thermals, micro fleeces). Really looking forward to it

La Plagne, Plagne 1800, same week. 3/4 packed already. Mrs only booked 1 ski-carriage, so with ski-keks as protection over my bindings, I have squeezed her wezzies into my bag.
Anyone else in La Plagne that time?

They're useful as far as they go, but I get cross with the fact that they ask you how many people you're booking for, but then don't (usually?) take that into account. It's fine if you're only looking for two, but when there's 5 of you (as now), it means most of the results aren't relevant.
Suspect we will spend much of the week carefully discussing where to go, and then pick something random on Thursday and go with that!

5 of us going to Tignes Val Claret.
Flying out Sat morning - just hope the UK snow stays away and doesn't affect our flights!

I've resorted to thinking its just not gonna happen, then hopefully I will be surprised and everything will be fine!
Must go and check Crystal Skis terms to see what they do in the event of a cancelled flight.
Can't believe it, our flight is 8:40am from Gatwick Sat - Looks like the worst possible time to have flown all winter!
