Poster: A snowHead

Hi guys
We're flying in to Geneva on sunday (yay for sunday-sunday skiing !) but we'll arrive around 6 pm. Allow an hour for luggage and getting the hirecar and we should be done around 7 pm.
At this time we have a 2 - 2½ hour wait for our friends from England before we all head to the resort, and it would be nice if we could use this time to load up on simple necessities, like drinks and stuff for next day. However I can't find, with my humble skills, any supermarkets or similar that are open at this late hour on a sunday.
Do anyone know of anywhere nearby we could go ?
A supermarket would be preferred, but it could also be some small convenience store or similar.
If nothing is open at that hour, do anyone know if there's anything open enroute to Morillon ?
Thanks !

There is a Migros supermarket in the train station complex right next to the airport terminal, it's open until 9pm and will have everything you need.

If you come out of the terminal building turn left, cross the little road, then go into the station there is a long complex full of shops inside, Migros is right down the end of this.

Shops (except in ski resorts) tend to be shut on Sundays in France and Switzerland...
But the (expensive) Migros in the airport will be open and there's an (expensive) off licence a few shops back towards the arrivals on the left if you need alcohol.
There's a reasonably large Carrefour at Samoens (and another in Taninges) which will be shut by the time you get there on Sunday. But unless you want to drive all the way to Cluses, the Samoens one will be your best choice on Monday. So don't buy more than you need for Sunday night at the airport Migros...
Also if you need fuel (which you probably won't if just using car for airport and back) fill up the hire car at the start of the week as the local garages have a habit of running out on Friday/Saturday when everyone is filling up to leave...

If you are leaving from the French side there is a petrol station and some shops left of the exit from the airfield just before the border crossing on the right - they might be open (seems to be a coin toss) which should be way cheaper than the one in the station. If you do the station option, you will have to do it prior to getting the hire car.
