My wife will not be skiing this year with a new baby in the family. We will have a big 3 wheeler buggy but the query i have relates to the logistics of her (and baby) accessing Plenney. We hope to meet up at the top (she will have a pedestrian lift pass) for lunches and to pick up fids from ski lessons.
Can buggies get to the top / is this advisable? If not is there a buggy park and should we rather use a baby bjorn?
Specific queries but any advice would be great.

We took our 9 month old to Morzine last year - just took our Mclarens pushchair, it managed OK, but the baby backpack probably got more use. That said, pushchairs/buggies are necessary if you want to eat out though - always tricky to eat with a baby balancing on your lap!

Thanks mrsangel. Do you need to fold them in the bubble (I know there are a lot of stairs) and is there a lift I never noticed? First baby trip novice! If my Mrs is on her own things could get awkward. Thanks

neilH, we have our four month old grand-daughter staying with us in Les Gets at the moment. Baby bjorn is what we have used so far to get up the Mt Chery bubble and the red egg up the Chavannes. If the buggy folds up fairly flat and small it should go in the gondola plus mum and baby - have a dry run first with the two of you to see how it goes. There are usually high chairs in the restaurants if you are going to be eating.

I never took her up to the top - we put the kids in the creche in the town while we skiied. The baby isn't keen on cold or popping ears - even now! I reckon if the gondola wasn't busy you'd probably be OK but can't entirely remember as we mainly used the ski chairs (as I am too lazy to queue!)

We ended up using the bjorn and leaving the buggy at the rental shop. All easy with no hassles. Cheers for the advice.
