Poster: A snowHead
|
Hi,
Where is the best place to source accommodation only for St Anton. I am travelling out on Wednesday 9th Jan and leave on Sun 13th, so looking for 4 nights. My searches only seem to be returning rooms from about £700pp. Any help would really be appreciated. There is 2 of us travelling.
Thanks Bod

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

Wait until the sunday beforehand and then places that are holding out for a week's booking will become available

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

You would probably be better looking at Wednesday to Saturday and then getting a room near your airport etc on the Saturday night otherwise you will really struggle to get rooms cutting across 2 Saturday to Saturday weeks.

BOD, Like 8611, says the choice will probably open up a bit in a week or so. If you haven't already I would fill in one of the forms to register your interest with the tourist office.
EDIT: having just done a simple search on accomodation there seems to be quite a lot much cheaper than £700pp. So not sure where you are looking?

Thanks, I have found something for £390 pp, in a hotel in the middle of town, does that sound reasonable?
