Poster: A snowHead

I'm collecting someone at Lyon airport tomorrow evening. It's been ages since I used that airport so just wondering if short-term parking is fairly obvious there? Anything I should be aware of for a quick in 'n out visit?

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

Yes all obvious but you don't get long in the free parking - about 10 mins I think. Parking Minute is what you need. Easyjet and BA into Parking Minute 1-3 I think and you park right outside.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

You can use the one outside the terminal for 10 -15minutes without paying. I forgot the details of how long. Also its a bit of a bug to get in, you can miss the entrance easy.

rob@rar, If Mrs. Rob@Rar is flying sleezyjet then it's pretty much always terminal 3, and you used not be able to park outside it. If you end-up parking outside t1 then get her to take the bus round - the car-rental courtesy buses all stop close to the main 'short-stay' and it's much less pfaff then romping through the terminals with lots of kit.
it's been a few years for me too, so this might now be out of date..

rob@rar, If you need mpre than 10-15 mins, use P0 or P1. P0 is closer to Terminals 2 and 3, P1 is better for T1. If you have a peage badge, or can pay with this on exiting. The Parkings are well signposted entering the airport, and P0/P1 are right underneath the terminals

Patch, I forgot about the peage system makes it so easy.
Just watch the heights on the underground carparks if you have a high vehicle.
Last season a fellow minibus driver managed to remodel his roofline in one, granted the hight board said he had just enough clearance but the newly installed speed bump took 6inches of that
