Hi we are driving from Annecy, and are wondering if we park in car park 4, as it is free
We can see on the map, there is a lift pass office very near
Is there a ski lift, there , so we can access the skiing from there
AS we are there for just one day, will be buying the VT /Orielles pass, ie not 3 valleys

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

I'm pretty sure that that car park accesses the area where the lifts Cairn, Caron, Moutieres and Boismint meet, certainly when you go up Cairn, you go over the "pilotage" car ice rink.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

If you're commuting in for a day, the best parking spot in my view is right next the Cairn/Caron gondola intersection, next to the Boismint chairlift, before you even get to the town. There's a lift pass office at the gondola station. Get on Caron, and then straight on the big cable car. Wallop. Or get on Cairn, and a short ski down to Peclet. Also wallop.
It's been free every time I've used it (very close to the end of last season in every case), but it might be payable at more peak times... I couldn't say 100%

dublin2, it is a bit lower than Val T at 2050m I believe. I've only been there for the EoSB in late April, and though the snow has been soft and unreliable that low, it has been skiable. Probably reasonably safe that there will be coverage but not 100%.

"Col" is a bit steep at the top. Nothing that I would say 'should be black' though.
