if your going to take advantage of the pro-tune option or do low interval timelapse photography with it then you'll need a class 10 card, if its just regular hd video then a good class 6 will suffice.
Now whilst there are lots of other makes that report class 6 or class 10 my recommendation would be to go with a major brand such as sandisk, preferably a sandisk extreme. I wouldnt recommend buying off of ebay, as though often cheaper there are lots of fakes flying around.
mymemory.co.uk currently have the 32gb extreme for 19.99 and these will almost always outlast the battery in terms of video time.
That all being said I have used without issue some of the cheaper brands, not because I can, but because I already had them and had conducted read write tests to ensure they were sufficiently fast enough.
have fun with it.

Hi thanks for your fast reply I was looking at sandisk extreme 32 but seems to be 2 versions 30mbs and 45mbs on the sandisk website there's no mention of 45 mbs very confusing I take it the 45mbs would be better but why is there no mention of this card on sandisk site?

Amazon had some great deals on some cards a few weeks ago. The card mentioned above in jessops link i got for £20 which is a huge saving. Worth checking if they're still doing the deal

absolutely, that is pretty much the price across the discounted stores. It is not so long ago you were paying over £2 per gig for just average performance rated cards.
memory is relatively speaking cheap right now, i have about 100gig in memory cards in a little sandisk wallet on my car keys.
i'd suggest if finances allow buying at least 2, card failure is rare, particularly on the good ones, but user error is less so. Just captured that amazing wipeout, jump then swap the card out and put a new one in, less chance of corruption or accidental delete.
