What's with Salomon UK? I have searched their website and cannot find any contact details whatsoever. I've managed to track down an address in Basingstoke but the phone number given is not recognised. I have tried directory enquiries to check if there is a more up to date number but got the same one. Don't they want to be contacted? Don't they want to do business? Are they still in Basingstoke or have they moved? What is their current number?
So many questions! Any answers?

Gave up queuing. Wonder how much that cost. Tried the main number - recorded message telling me the line is only open in the mornings.  It also gave an e-mail address, however, so contact may yet be made!
I shouldn't complain, really. It is the pantomime season after all.

I've always found the Salomon people who handle the BASI deal very helpful and easy to contact. Well, apart from sending me the wrong bindings, but I think that mix up was down to their warehouse!

All just an update to to let you know that the customer services number is 01276 404850. Very quick response and they promised to send the spare part (laces for trainers actually) completely free!
